Brenda Matherly, 37, Normal, is the
assistant director of local government with the Illinois Farm Bureau where
she provides information, support, and counsel to farmers and landowners on
issues related to local government finance, real estate assessment, rural
development and rural health care. Brenda holds a Bachelor’s Degree in
Legal Studies from William Woods College. She is involved in the Rural
Partners of Illinois, Agriculture & Tourism Partners of Illinois, Horsemen’s
Council of Illinois, and Illinois Rural Health Association.
