Mark Erdman, 49, Chenoa, is the manager and
owner for Erdman Dairy. He received a Bachelor’s Degree in Animal Science
at Illinois State University where he is a member of Alpha Gamma Rho. Mark
serves as the judge for the Prairie Central Dairy Judging Team, Board Member
for the Illinois Milk Producers Association, and a member of the St. Paul
Lutheran Church.
