p Matt Ginder, 34, Normal, is a vice president with 1st Farm Credit Services.  He is responsible for the strategic leadership of 1st Farm Credits’ Crop Insurance Division.  He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and a Master’s Degree in Agribusiness from Illinois State University.  Matt is also a Certified Public Accountant.  He is involved with the McLean County PONY Baseball League and the Trinity Lutheran Church.
