The Torch of Leadership Award recognizes alumni and friends of the Illinois Agricultural Leadership Program who have built a legacy of leadership through exceptional personal commitment and uncommon excellence in service to Illinois agriculture, be it in business, government or education. The awards are presented at a ceremony corresponding with the inaugural meeting of each new class of the Illinois Agricultural Leadership Program.
